At idle my fuel pressure is at 50psi with the line on. When in boost the car occasionally gets fat knock. Enough sometimes to set off my knocklight. It also occasionally pops under hard acceleration. Does someone know why my stock fuel pressure would be sooo high?

Possibly because your running a Walbro 255 without a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. The 255 will over run the stock FPR and screw up your fuel trims. With a AFPR you can adjust your fuel pressure to the correct levels.
