How long does it take for a synchro to go out? I think I messed mine up last night. 
Somehow I lost all clutch fluid and my clutch pedal wouldn't engage the clutch and I accidentally shifted HARD into 2nd gear. I replaced my fluid today and now all of a sudden 2nd gear grinds bad when I shift into it. I can be shifting into it from 1st or down from 3rd and it still grinds. Playing with it I noticed even sitting at idle sometimes I can feel it grind.
Could it take just once to mess up a synchro? Or could it be something else? Thanks!
