OK so i want a new bov.
Im going to recirculate it to my 2gmas.
I was going to buy an hks.
BUT i see these synapse bovs. they seem like a good idea....

but something is just fishy. like I cant find anyone who actually runs them.
and the posts from synapse seem amazing the first time you read it but the second time it leaves you empty. like the whole deal is just a gimmick.

Anyone out there that actually runs them???

I know of some Hondas that are running them.

I do have one coming and will check it out.

I have found out that it is really sensitive to vaccum leaks after the throttle body. The leaks cause it to have a slow reaction time and then you can have compressor surge. This what was happing on one of the hondas and then they found a leaky intake manifold gasket.

thanks for the replies. I can understand about the gasket leaks i have watched alot of the videos etc. i think it might be a good bov. it seems like it would be really bac uncirculated though.

tom thanks for the insight but like they said they are all from the company itself. no real world information.

Ipt when you get yours and try it out please send me out a pm about it. im anxious to hear about it.

red turbo the price is circa 220 bucks that ive found from the distributors. I was thinking the same as you. Its just if it turnsout bad I dont have another 200 to shell out for the hks. The whole reason is i just bought a nice new pte turbo and want to protect my investment since the car is an everyday driver.
