thanks man imma check that out when i get off work and daylight comes upon me. what all do i need to be lookin for

Check for worn out rubber bushings.....loose ball joints, excessive movement of suspension components....etc.....and let us know

also.....does the car have factory suspension?...or coilovers?......I say this because when I bought my first DSM, it had some cheap ebay coilovers and the shocks were shot...so whenever I hit a bump on the road, my rear end was swinging left and right

its full stock everything factory. only a exhaust thats after market.i dont want to get rid of the car since it only has 130k miles on it and it was free. its my first DSM. just dont know where to start on this car honestly

Check the suspension for any play. Also If you have a broken sway bar link then that can cause the vehicle to want to shift or sway from side to side. They also can make noise if they are moving and hitting/rubbing on the sway bar.
