I did a search, found that they SHOULD just swap easily, but, they don't for one reason..........the leather is powered and I don't have a relay already there like I thought I was supposed to have. So since I don't have this damn relay, how hard would it be to get power to the drivers side seat to power the motor and what all do I need to do/get?

Also, whats the little white connecter for. Both driver and passenger sides have them.

Seems like it's just a matter of getting power to the motors.
The plug is probably the seatbelt reminder light.

I know that, but my question is from where should I run the power source. I mean can you run it from the cig lighter or would I need to run it directly from the battery?
