suspension is popping

i just put Ground Control coilovers on my car and the front springs make a lot of noise when i hit bumps. i don't have the bumpstops on there because the directions that came with the kit said to throw them away. it sounds like the top of the spring is hitting my frame.

never throw away the bump stops...just cut them down some.
