surging problems

I have a 92 tsi awd and it surges back and fourth from time to time. My car is almost all stock and this problem also was occuring when it was all bone stock. I think it maybe faulty fuel injectors.

Start by loosening the throttle cable on the intake manifold. I had a similar issue where the underhood temps affected cable tension, My car had cruise at the time.

Check the coolant temp sensor. Mine was bad and caused my car to do the same thing.
