surge/fluttering

I've been reading around a bunch of threads and i'm pretty sure my car is fluttering since the sound is coming from the intake and there is no sound coming from the BOV. The BOV is the same one that was on the car when I purchased it and it looks like a greddy type-s knockoff. The boost is at 12 psi so nothing high. So i'm guessing it just needs to be tightened? Also, does anyone have a video on how to? thanks guys

no video but my greddy rs , i just loosen the the nut on top and use a allen key and tighten the bolt in and out for tight and loose then retighten the nut

If ts the greddy knock off try the single spring mod. I did it on mine, and it god rid of most of the surge. Evo Moto - Evolution 8 / 9 / X Performance Parts

If it is fluttering and surging it is too tight. back the adjustment screw out.

get a better blow off valve!!!! use the real greddy!! or an hks ssqv like i have!
