LOL Wiring will be the easy part. You have a talon, which means you have a separate turn signal bulb; two brake lights and one reverse bulb per housing. The supra has 2 brake, 1 turn and one reverse bulb. So all you need to do is remove the bulb holders from the stock harness and put on the supra ones.
Good luck on the body work, ever thought of considering this:

EDIT: Arg, well i just noticed you wanted to do this to a gs. well the two inner bulbs act as turn/brake/and running lights. And the outer most bulb acts as a running light. Let me use this code to explane, 1 is the outer most light, 2 is the middel light, and 3 is the inner most light (nearest to eclipse lettering)
1. #1 will be come the new turn siginal. take the turn siginal wire from bulb 2 and use it to replace it with the positive wire from the #1 bulb.
2. #2 and #3 will be brake lights/ running lights. #2 will become the outermost brake, #3 will be the inner brake. On #3 remove the turn siginal wire from the harness and cap it off.
3. The reverse can either be extentions or splices off of the existing ones.
