Im looking for the Supra style wide-body kit that was made awhile ago. I have looked all over every where and can't find one. I know that Importfan made them, but it looks as if they went out of the bizz or changed names. If any-one knows where to get one or has one just sitting collecting dust or has some pics PLEASE post it up.... I know that that body kit is old so my chances of finding one are slim, so any help is great.

I couldn't get 99 GST so I added a "R" to the end for the initial of my last name: Robbins. I was going for the same effect as what John Hennessey does with Vipers. Like the Hennessey Venom 1000 Twin-Turbo. Thus 99 GST-R. Not "R" for racing as the Honda heads would like to think a simple red "R" will give their cars a 200 hp boost. Thanks on the tip to try AAS, I was gonna buy some parts from them anyway. The body kit will be somewhat reshaped, if I can get ahold of one, to where it just looks like a super curvy, slick, Eclipse. Ill be keeping the lines of the car, just making the good parts........ better if possible.....

After alot of digging I found it myself. Here's the link for anyone else that is interestedGT3 Conversion Front Bumper | D32A : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC: Lots of mods will be done the the front bumper and rear Q. pannels so after its all said and done it will have a stock front bumper with the lip and wider sides, and the rear pannel will be rounded to make it curvier. :dsm:

Not feeling it.

Too much extra work and money to spend on something that adds no performance and pretty much makes the car impossible to sell if and when you get out of the scene.

To do it right, you are looking at a ton of cash.

I have thid kit on my car, and its wide. It takes alot of bodywork to get this thing looking right, for me it was 6k worth of bodywork to make it look descent. Also the thing is so wide that you will need custom offsets. Im running a -13 offset on a 18x10.5 wheels and once you get into 3 pc wheels thats another 3k easily. It looks nice but if i can go back in time I would not have done it.

Please tell me your shave that "tooth" in the grill... Other than that it doesnt look TOO bad for a bk.

Well mine is a hybrid, it had quwhees and the supra widebody combined.

Im gonna keep the stock front bumper and mold the part that flares out on it to the stock one. Along with what I said above. Thanks on the info on the wheels I was wondering about that.:thumb: Heres some better pics I found on Youtube: Forgive the :tease:ricey stickerROFL on it ###.

I have to say that i like that.... im not a fan of rice but i am a fan of supra's... i also love our cars and to combine them is kinda cool.

Personally i would have kept the Stock turbo wing, taken off the "teeth" in the mouth and got ride of those hideous mid level lights.

Im also thinking that it would look better if it kept the eclipse rear lights too just so it would still look like a clipse.

MrBentley, That was what I plan on doing, but having a custom wider turbo wing made that fits the wider profile better, onlong with the other mods to it I talked about above. I like your idea about keeping the Eclipse tail-lights! If someone could photo shop in a wider turbo wing and eclipse tails that would be awesome!

:(please dont destroy that dsm you have....sink that money into that potent 4g under the hood and destroy some turf not the already sexy lines of the 2g...6k in motor mods will get you DEEP into the 11's reliably...body kits should have never been made in my opinion...but its just that...an opinion...to each his own I guess

:beatentodeath:(substitute horse for body kits)

Thanks for the input. At this point I don't want to do anything to the engine because this is my daily driver, and with the bolt-ons I have on it I am getting around 28-32 mpg all the time, with gas at $4.24 a gallon....... I dont wanna risk doing something that will affect the mpgs. Anyway here's a pic of the Eclipse tails on it, SORRY I HAVE NO PHOTOSHOP SKILLS!!!:toobad: If some lucky person with skills can do a better job than me, than please do so and dont for get the Turbo Wing please!

That looks sick with the eclipse tailights. I wish I would have done that instead.

Only thing I like about that is the paint color otherwise I find it hidious and a waste of countless thousands of dollars.

THATS TIGHT!!! I like the front bumper on that better than the idea I had in mind! If I can get this kit I will do that for sure. The only other thing I think I might do to it is to round the edge off of the rear quarter pannel so it flows better. The only thing that will be hard to come up with is the custom wide Turbo wing, and the kit. Top notch work MrBentley!

Here's the name of the web site that sell part of the wide body kit: Aerokits.net It says on the site that it is still under construction so I am hoping that they just haven't had time to put the rest of the body kit up on the site, as they only have the front bumper and front fenders on it at this time. I emailed them late Saturday night and Im gonna guess that I will not get a email back till the middle of the week. If any-one else might buy this kit, I would suggest emailing them even to just to ask whats up with it? Why dont they have the rest of it on the web site? Again Aerokits.net is calling it the GT3 Conversion for the Eclipse. Well its been a long day and Im going to bed, peace every-one and thanks again for the info, input, comments, help and photoshoping.

Did some more digging and found that the weird 'Stang looking rear side vents aren't part of the kit, the ones on that car were added to it. I haven't gotten an email back from them so Im gonna call em. Ill let yall know how it went....
