Today, I took a trip out to Nate Dog Creations to look at the cage. This guy can really build a cage. His work far exceeded my expectations. All the welds look good. He installed the windshield brace (for the lexan glass), window net, parachute mount, cable, and handle. The cage looks great. Also sat in the car to see how much room I had. The seating position was a little too high so he is going to adjust the seat to fit me better. Things are really coming together with this project. I spoke to him about possibly removing the factory rear setup and going with a solid rear diff. He said he would look into it and let me know. I will keep you guys posted.

I am hoping to run this year. We'll see what happens.

nice ! how much did the cage cost you ?

The cage cost about 3,500. The price is slowly creeping up each week as I add different options. It is worth it in the long run. I should be certified to go 8.50.
