Stupid Turbo Timer Problem

Okay I just put everything in, and installed everything for my HKS Type-1 TT. I put the battery back together, put the key in the switch no nothing except lights. Car wont turn over, no radio no nothing. Also it was making a very annoying constant beep. I'm very frustrated so I think I'm going to sleep. If you can give me some help on what could be wrong or what I could check, it would be gladly appericated. Thanks :thumbdown

did ya hack the harness ? wireing probs are pretty hard to diagnose via- text

Hack the harness? I don't know. I just plugged it all in.
