okay i just installed my mbc using these instructions http://dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105573 and first of all let me say i did read the entire thing and i do have common sense but i think i got confused. it says unplug the bcs or leave it plugged in and toss it to the side? well which one is it common sense tells me to disconnect it other wise the boost controller is useless. and secondly t2 source inlets to the factory bcs (from the ic piping and the factory 1g maf) are these the 2 source units is tells to plug up? again common sense tells me yes but i just want to make sure.

you could do that or u can just pool them off the factory solenoid...Those lines controlled the boost pressure ur completely replacing it w/ the mbc so it really doesn't matter what u do w/ those lines...but i would remove them incase they get cought on something in the engine...
