so i believe i had my clutch crapped out on me again and i am also planning on doing some more upgrades so my question to you guys is; what would be a good streetable clutch for around 500-550 awhp? I would assume this would put me somewhere in the 425-500 ft-lbs range since clutches are affected by torque and not horsepower. I currently have an act 2600 with street disc and was thinking about going with another 2600 with 6 puck sprung hub. in the little bit of searching i did here i found a thread that stated that the 6 puck act disc was not that great. I was also thinking about going with a spec clutch since my cousin raves about his but i am unsure of how they perform in out application, and i wasn't sure what stage to go with i was thinking stage 3, or would i need more? any info on other setups that would work well in my car would be appreciated. thanks guys.

Look at the south bend OFE DXD clutch with the SS PP . I have had it in my car for 3 years now will hold your power level no problem. Its a little to much for me though.

im looking to put one on order today or tomorrow, no one as any input for me?

just get a 2900 with a street disk ..that will be ## best bet
i went 11.1 with a act 2600 and a street disk ..it held ok but i wanted some thing better so i still have my old 2600 pp with a 6 puck sprung haqndles alot of power buy cant shift fast
