I just got done with the installation of a Walboro 255HP in my 2G GS-T. My EGT's dropped but I noticed now that at WOT my O2's drop to almost 0. During normal driving it cycles back and forth like it normally would. While accelerating the O2's begin to climb .92,.94.96, etc., but once they get to .99 they immediately start to go down. Throughout all this the EGT temps pretty much stay low. Right now the highest my EGT temps get to is 700C. Is it possible that I'm running so rich that the O2 sensor just goes off the scale and that's why I get the low voltage readings? If I was truly lean then wouldn't my EGT's be higher than 700c?

Before the pump install my O2 sensor was reading .94-.99 at WOT. The O2 sensor has about 20,000 miles, stock 450's.

I have the same problem. You need a adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Right now, you are getting too much pressure and unstable pressure so your injectors are pumping too much fuel. Some people can adjust a little with safc, but I cant seem to adjust enough. Once you run way too rich, the o2 sensor just falls off and is not working. It sucks.
