GM 3" MAF-T setup -Is it working correctly? How to use this?
DSM Link w/slow laptop Lots-o-help needed.
Now I just put all of these below items into the car so it pretty much went from stock to 300+fwhp form. Ripped it all apart and installed them all at once. I am now at a point were I feel like I don't know what I'm doing and to speed my trail and error process up I search and I am posting this. I thank all those in advance that bring me any sort of knowledge.
So far the car starts up and idles at 2500 pretty smoothly. When it does drop below 2500 it's rough, and sometimes misses when I rev it up. I'm not driving it because I haven't finished refinishing my wheels silver.
Your input is greatly needed and appreciated!

My first question is, Is there a way to get the car running decently before driving and putting a load on the engine?
What should be my first steps into getting the car running right before I start doing pulls?
-Setting fuel pressure to 43.5psi, 3ish km/cm2 on my Greddy fp gauge?
-Should I have to check the timing? Links on this?
-How do I do that on the 4g63? What should it be at?
-How do I check the timing on DSMlink and where should it be under different conditions?
-How should the fuel be tuned? What settings for what conditions?
-I think the MAF-T is set for stock settings. Is there anyway to know if it's working correctly? I'm getting at 2200-2500 rpms (my current idle no load) 9-10 gps on DSMlink.

I know these are dumb and basic questions but it's more of a double check and second opinion on what I'm looking at doing because I have read on how to tune, but there isn't to much on getting it running in good condition first. Thank you guys so much if college wasn't eating all my money I would be pay-palling you guys I really appreciate your input.
