anyway-i-have-the-stock-td05-on-my-93-talon-and-it-is-definetly-burning-oil.-what-i-wanted-to-know-is-what-would-be-the-most-inexpensive-way-to-fix-my-problem?-rebuild-the-turbo-myself-or-get-a-new-1-or-even-get-it-rebuilt?

also-does-ne-1-know-of-a-good-shop-on-long-island-that-does-turbo-rebuilds-and-what-not-

your best bet is to either get another 14B from a MANUAL 90-94 TURBO DSM from a junkyard or upgrade to a 16G

I know you mentioned rebuilding the turbo yourself,
If your compressor/turbine wheels are good, I would just do the rebuild, it's simple (there is a vfaq on it to help) and you won't have to deal with bunk used turbo's. You would only be spending around $100 to rebuild it yourself, or maybe $35 added on top if you wanted to get it re-balanced.
