Well my car ride quality is right now the worst i've ever had, i have a 95 GST with tokico illuminas in the front and KYB GR-2 on the back, eibach sportline all around and my car feel horrible when riding and going through any problem in the road like potholes, bumps and such, it's just horrible i don't want to get in my car to even use it due to this.

I was thinking of going back to stock, putting new KYB GR-2's and the stock springs on to see if this will ease my ride and make my car more enjoyable, what would you reccomend?

Thanks

Well I just switched from stock to tokico's hp suspension kit for the 2g. I ordered mine off ebay for about $350. It came with shocks and springs which are perfectly matched. I love the ride, there are no camber issues either.I love the 1.5 inch drop as well.My steering is more responsive and it just handles better.

Some people say the blues (hps) suck but I love em.
Better than stock in my opinion just a tad stiffer.

Goodluck! :dsm:

Sport lines are too radical a drop. Ride and handling are sacrificed for a slammed look. For the plushest ride, stay with stock. If you can compromise a little comfort, go for a reasonable amount of lowering (1-1.5 inches) to get more aggressive looks and handling.

well stock suspension would be a much more comfortable ride that's for sure. It really depends on what you want out of the car. I think one of the biggest problems that you are having is that you have the eibach sportlines. They lower the car too much and the springs are usually to stiff for the shocks that are used with them. This causes the car to bounce around when driving downt he street. If you want just a comfortable ride then stock suspension is the way to go. The car feels "solid" when just driving down the road, it takes bumps and potholes nicely and is great for daily driving. If you do however want a better handeling car you are for the most part going to have to live with the stiffer suspension and rough ride. Its a trade off you have to decide if you want to deal with on a daily basis.
