winnipeg,
ANy body here know if the stock 1G resonator, the one after the catalytic converter, is a striaght thru design glass pack, or baffles? Im planning to replace it with a new Cherry bomb glass pack. I have pacesetter headers and no Catalytic converter, but Im using Magnaflow dual tip muffler and stock resonator. I want to make my exhaust sound more deeper thru out the RPM range by adding the Cherry bomb glasspack. Im not sure if I should replace the round stock resonator ( the one right next after Catalytic converter) with the new cherry bomb or just add the cherry bomb before the stock resonator since theres not much space available to insert the 23 inches cherry bomb glass pack.

Update* I went to the muffler shop and replaced the old stock can resonator with the cherry bomb. The sound result was a bit mild and totaly got rid of the buzzing and rattling around 3000rpm. I kinda miss the slight loudness before :( , probably the last stock resonator ( close to the muffler near the gas tank ) needs to be removed too to get a bit of loudness back.
