stock oil pressure gauge died??

for some reason my stock oil pressure gauge doesn't read any more...? Any ideas why?

Check the connection to the sending unit on the oil filter housing. I bet the wire is severely corroded, fell off, or your sending unit is shot.

+1. Also there is an electrical plug (rectangle in shape) connected to the sending unit that may have simply fallen off. Happened to me. Easy fix= slide it back on the sending unit.

I had the same problem and it only ended up being the connection to the sending unit. Mine was real worn out and wouldnt stay on so im going to strip the wire and put a new female connector on that you can buy at any electronics store.
