Stock OIl Pressure Gauge

I bought some of the reverse gauges off ebay and i put them on. when i was done with the installation the oil pressure needle is stuck in one spot. i know this gauge is crap anyways and have planned on replacing it but untill i get to that point is there any way it can be fixed? it moves freely back and forth when i move it with my hand, but then returns to the same place. hit me back whenever and if you need to feel free to ask more questions.

forgot to add that im sure the gauges in the back are connected right into the little slots they fit into
