Stock O2 Housing and aftermarket downpipes?

Does the 3" Megan Racing Downpipe bolt up to the stock O2 housing? I'd rather know that I need to buy a new O2 housing now instead of when I try to bolt up the new dp.

This is on a '97 TSi AWD
 
It bolts up. However, b/c the Megan dp is actually 3" at the end which is much larger then the stock 02 housing, you have to make sure you line everything up (gaskets, bolt holes etc) before you tighten everything down for good. I found that using RTV to hold the gaskets in place while I fumble with hardware works quite nicely.
 
Yes, exhaust pieces are almost always engineered around bolting to stock components on both ends.
