Stock manifold 1g and 2g

Does anyone know if the 1g auto manifold holds the turbo in the same location as a 2g manifold?

I'm curious because i don't have a manifold for my build yet and want to mock up lines and such for my hx40 with the bep bolt on housing it fits awesome with the 1g auto manifold, clears the stock radiator fans, misses the block and even the front engine mount.
