stock injector ??'s

I am new to dsm's and i was just wondering how many pounds are the stock injectors..? My brother has some stock injectors for a grand national or tta. and i was wondering if they would be bigger or do much..??

Stock injectors for the manual turbo DSM flow 450 cc. If the ones your brother has are larger than they will provide more fuel but you will have to have some way of regulating it or you will run into all sorts of problems. What are your goals? If you don't plan on making a ton of power than an injector upgrade may not be needed.

Stock 2G DSM injectors are rated at 46 lbs/min. You will need some sort of fuel tuning computer to tune your engine after upgrading to larger injectors.

You also have to make sure that they are of a proper type - most domestic injectors will not work on our cars.

Don't forget to do the fuel pump too or you can run into more problems, at the least re-wire it at most replace it with a stronger one.
