still knocking after lucas oil stabilizer

having knocking/ticking issue just like this car here on youtube. i coudln't pull mine up. (sorry). i though mine were the lifter's too. starts up fine.

first off...
right after by bs belt snap and strip, timing was off,, re adjust timing with same timing belt and new bs belt... now i got this knocking noise.... yesterday i put the gunk out engine cleaner in then change oil with 3 quart of 10w-30 mobile 1 full syn. with one bottle of lucas oil stabilizer and i was hoping it'll go away but it did not. i have no clue now....MAD....please help...

Ive owned a lot of dsms and several with the infamous lifter tick but none that bad - good luck
