Stereo Install, need pictures!!!

Hey Guys/Gals,
I am updating my system in my eclipse and I was wondering if anyone has any pictures of their systems? I am mostly interested in the tweeter location for the front components

The tweeters are in the front of the dash..You can pull the cover off with a flathead screw driver.So what's the problem?

He has an N/T, he probably doesn't have tweeter's and the tweeter hole is probably molded in not an actual speaker grille.

You could buy or build some kickpanels to put a component set down by your feet.

None of the n/t's came with the infinity system..Well I just answered my own question, its a base model so probably not..

i got pics of how to remove the stock radio if you need them other than that i got 6x9 lighting audio in the back that came with it when i bought it and i believe 6.5 lightning audio in front

haha I should have clarified a bit here... I have the RS, mine did come with the tweeters and yes they are in the dash . I was just wondering of another location in the car for a placement for aftermarket tweeters (such as A-Pillar Trim, doors, etc). I don't want to place them in the factory location if I don't have to...

No offense but that looks like crap. He would be better off cutting out the holes in the dash board, or mounting them on/behind the kick panels in the center console.

Not my car. It was just for an idea. I would flush mount them but I see where your coming from.

I wouldn't pay what they are charging but this is one option, and you can match it to whatever color the rest of your interior is to keep it clean.

I had these, but the driver side will be VERY close to the pedals which is actually bad for driving. I modified mine to give more distance between the two.

yea man thats a great idea just dont cut the hole too big i got a banging stereo system in my car 2 12inch kicker cvxs i got a 2000 watt soundstream amp im about to install tomorrow to replace my old spl

They would sound fine in the dash. I would just remove the stock ones, and mount the tweeter under the grill and reinstall the grill, that's what i've always done.

As an update, I ended up putting them in the stock location and man did they sound awesome. Defiantly a lot less work than cutting holes in the doors.
