Steering pulling to the right

For the past week my 95 talon awd has been pulling hard to the right. If i let go of the wheel id probably crash LOL. It has started to cause the car to shake when highway cruising 60 or more only then though. I've replaced the calipers,pads,and rotors. Checked the tie rod ends and ball joints for play none found. CV axles are intact and not tore. The steering rack has no leaks. Wheels still have all the balancing weights and alignment was done at all aspects 2 months ago. I know it need bearings ( which i have complete hub assembly's to install) but i`ve driven it a while and until recently has it started doing this. Could the bearings be so bad now to cause this or am i missing something. Any help?:hmm:
 
You didn't mention tire pressures, but, given what you've done, I assume you checked that. Still, it always worth swapping the wheels left-to-right (even if they're directional), just to rule them out.

A wheel bearing that is so bad that it's about to kill you can cause a pull.
 
And just because the wheel weights are still there doesnt mean there balanced properly. But yea check the tire pressures and swap them since you have already checked suspension and what not.
 
Tire pressure are 32 all around. Yeah i suspect those are the cause, would they also make the car shake at only those speeds?

For normal rotation yes. But temporarily swapping left to right only to see if there's a bad tire. Then put them back.

Are you sure the toe and camber are correct? You might want to check them yourself. Also after lifting fron tires off, try wobbling each tire top/bottom and left/right hard with your hands to check play. Also do this with tires on ground.
 
swap the tires and go from there . caster is what causes pull and there is no caster adjustment . if something in the front end is bent it could change your caster but do the tire swap first .
 
Okay ill try the tire swap and bearing check. Also, and forgive me if im wrong, i don't have expertise in the alignment aspect but if i put an opposite direction tire on the other side would it affect my test anyhow seeing as the tread pattern would be going against the back tires pattern?
 
your not going to leave the tires like that its just to conform if its a tire problem like a belt that shifted in the tire causing the pull.
 
oh okay, I just figured after I swapped the tires and went for that initial test drive to check, the car would still drive wrong due to the misdirection of the tires but i get it.
 
If it's pulling as hard as you say, it's most likely a bad tire, or bad upper or lower or tie rod ball joint, or frame is bent causing misalignment.

And Lou98gsx is correct, bad caster causes pull but usually that is only slight (eg. lane changing on the highway at speed). With pull as strong as you say and assuming you don't have a seriously bent frame (like from an accident), I doubt that's it. I'd suggest looking at the tires and ball joints first. You usually have to really pull and push as hard as you can on the tire (or suspension pieces) to see a bad ball joint.
