Starter Wire for Solenoid?

I'm trying to start my car up now after my rebuild. And I'm not getting anything out of the starter. Other then my signal wire might need a new end put on. I found one wire I don't have hooked up and can't figure where it goes.

I don't see anywhere on the harness to plug this thing in like it is in the picture on the engine bay connections page.

It looks long enough to reach back by the starter and its connected to the starter wire loom.

So I am still searching for an answer.

If I disconnected when I pulled engine out why can't I find it now?

That is it, maybe the connector came off on yours. But you're looking for a black/yellow that trips the starter solenoid; And from the other end(connector) is 12v only on start.
