I am pretty sure the starter is what is wrong, I had everything else tested, and even removed my battery and walked to autozone with to find out my battery is fine.

When I turn on my car (well try to) I get a hum from the starter when I let my key go I get three clicks from it. From what I read in my Haynes manual I need to get under my car to remove my starter, which is kind of hard considering I am stuck in a subdivision with out a jack and stands.

Is there a way to get my car started so I can at least get it home, it's a automatic transmission so I don't think push starting will work?

You can access the starter from the top of the motor - it's under the intake manifold. There isn't any real way around it - you need the starter to turn the motor. It's easy enough to remove in a parking lot with a couple sockets as it's just held on by two bolts.

It said in my manual you need to go under the car, I'm not in a parking lot I'm on the side of a road

What two bolts are they?

You can get to it from above remove your battery and youll have access to it, you will need a 14mm socket for the bolts that hold it in place and a 13 or 12mm for the lug that holds the cable on, shouldnt take more than 15 minutes to change out, or if you have jumper cables just connect one to the positive lug on the starter and then take the other end of the cable and touch it to the positive on your battery to start it

You could always take a decent size pry bar and sit it on the solenoid part of the starter. Then take a hammer and tap the handle and see if it will start then by tapping on it will sometimes break the carbon build up on the connections inside the solenoid. Just to get to where you need to go to fix it. You can also get it rolling a good amount and POP the clutch and see if it will start if it is a manual. That is old school though.

Its an auto transfer, I already left the car I needed to go to work, its a couple houses up from my gf and in a pretty good neighborhood so it should be fine. I tried getting off the two bolts bit one was tight and would not budge and the second one my socket would not fit over because I was using short sockets, ill bring tools with me when I go back, were is the soloniod part? I can only see the mounting bolts on my trans its really cluterd in there

Auto trans sorry my auto spell throws me off

Solenoid is located on the starter. Smaller tube attached to starter with the power and signal wire attached to it. Also check all your connections before buying a new starter. I found out my relay went out after I had put a new starter in.

It was the starter, I got a new one and it started right up, it was a PITA to get out tho
