starter clicks but wont start .....wtf

just finished my 6 bolt swap and it wont start ...im pretty sure all the ground wires and power wires are all right but i cant quite seem to figure it out any suggestions ...?

Go back and check everything again, especially the battery terminals.

Remember on the starter its just the positive connector(red) and the small signal wire, leave the other terminal empty. I made the mistake of putting the ground of the battery to the starter and it clicks.

Yeah like oldman said check the battery terminals I did a engine swap in my DD little car and put everything back together and I was getting just a click. I wasted alot of time taking the starter back off when it was just a bad connection at the batterey.

A little thing I do when the car is down, is charge the battery a day or two before I plan to fire her up. This recent motor rebuild, I had scheduled a day to start it for the first time, so I charged the battery for like a day and night before that. Try charging your battery and see if that helps.

Could be a bad starter. They seem to be pretty weak on these cars. My car just turned 100k miles and is now on its third starter.
