whats goin on just got on here when i traded my 94 formula for a 90 tsi awd. its got a small 14b, punishment racing front mount, crushed 2g bov, turboX manual boost controller, tuned on dsmlink before i purchased the car. its no pouch ive only lost to a jeep srt8 in a dig, losers: firebird and 4.6 mustang with sum bolt ons. i kno a few other dsmers around the area of jefferson county im right in arnold got a couple here, a few more in soco, and 2 in desoto, love to cruise but really dont wanna go all the way out to lake of the ozarks haha

Ah.. You're the guy my dumba$$ friend traded his Talon too. You got a decent car.
 
That was MY car, and fyi its a small 16g, *Turbo XS* and 1g crushed... Ide gladely take it back from you. Although im tired of fixing your #### ups on this Firebird.

Wow.... smashed it up pretty good. Once i fix the shift solenoids and sell this Firebird ill go on the hunt for a clean AWD 1 or 2g. :notgood:
 
:hellyeah:whoa whoa whoa i didnt make u trade. i didnt think you were goin to to be honest. you knew there was shit wrong with it when u traded. bout time u responded u ####ed up the title shit and had to work sum shit out. but cars legal now full coverage too. ya i hit that deer the last friday night. def not good but pickin up a parts car this weekend for cheap. YO man sorry the birds not workin out for you.. seen u had it up on craigslist. as for the talon i plan on keepin it, i gota place to put 50 parts cars if i wanted so needless to say im hooked. i got a guy i work with who fiends on turbo cars and knows how to do it the right way. ill run ya when u get a new dsm

my #### ups?? everything that was major was done at firestone. the tranny was ####ed when i game it to you, rear end hummin lil bit. shitty tires. the headlight and the exhaust rattled.. oh and forgot to mention that the odometer got rolled back. when i did the state on it. it said the mileage is less then previous state inspection. i have no clue whats on it. jus went with it.

n how bout your gutted out ass car man. told me heat was hooked up and the lines wer bypassed. the only thing it had was a blower. the heater core was no good. but fixed now. no heater controls. when i was puttin new back interior in it noticed that sum retard cut the mount out where the drivers side rear seat belt mounts two. cut one rear seat holder. you ######d me on the back seat and witht the title. that you never got licensed yourself o well didnt really slow me down. its bein torn down now itll be back. id love to run the bird if you get the tranny fixed. oh got a new trans im buildin for it too. you missed 3 or for bushings on the shift cables. the ####in coil jus layin on the wheel well. i wouldnt b talkin shit mane

Phew! I could not wait to breath after reading that! Learn to use proper grammar and english when replying to posts. Figured I'd be the one to tell you before the mods do.

That car was gutted when we picked it up for him. He put the heater core and all back in it, now if it didn't work, who cares. Way I see it, he got the cruddy end of the stick and, well, so did you. Either way, nobody likes drinking and driving (I'm assuming you were.) You truly need to grow up and get your life on track if that's the way you have "fun."

Also, showing off to get girls? Really? Come on. Is your self esteem that low? You have to take girls and put their lives in jeopary? Wow, man. Grow up. Start being responsible.

Alright holmes, easy its the web my bad for grammer. i type fast and sorry for cursing. i agree on you with the poor sale. Idk why your friend wanted it. but he still did. thats what happens when you trade cars with young kids who ain no ase master mechanic. I find it offensive about me drinking and driving. i was completely sober. I did everything correctly according to the state trooper. i was doin no more than 45 on a 40 mph rd. Needless to say no citation. The two girls.. one being my girl friend who is a car enthusiest,, other, her best friend and one of my good new friends. they are not anywhere close to desoto and decided to take a back road. Nothing wrong with my self esteem man. im pretty comfortable with myself. how you gunna dogg me on hangin with 2 girls anyways. missin shifts? LOL c'mon man chill out

I'm just giving you advice. Read the rules of the forum if you want to be a member. They do crack down on it and have gotten pretty strict lately.

You can take offense however you want, man. You bring up going to a party, showing girls a back road, I and probably everyone else was going to assume you were driving under the influence. Miss-shift, sure. That trans was messed up and could use some loving so sure, you may have missed a few. Girlfriend or not, you should take extra caution in any form no matter where you are with a significant other in the car. I guess that's just me and I'm only 18. "Dogging" you on hanging with 2 girls? More power to you? No one is "dogging" here. Only thing I'm "dogging"is the harm you could have caused. I don't know what happened but from the story, you know my thoughts on it. As long as everyone got out OK, it's fine. Just saying, take care of your girl/friends. No need to go out hot-rodding around or bragging about a part. Just my 02, guy.

ASE certified or not, neither are you. If you were certified, you would have gone over that car bumper to bumper, door to door checking for everything. It's whatever. You're keeping the car and fixing it, good for you.

look man im not tryin to talk ish or nothin. Everyone was completely fine except the deer. thats cool you drive all correctly and by the rules. me personly i have a quick car to drive quick every once in a while, my choice, w.e appreciate the heads up on the rules. for real. im jus wantin to get into the community and the guy who got my car gets upset. its frustrating for sure. i knew mine had problems and didnt expect no more from the talon.
 
I am a Novice Dsm'er in O'Fallon, MO.

I am looking for a guy/girl that knows dsm's very well and can do mechanic work on the side. if you guys have anyone, PLEASE send me their info.
 
Work needed done? I'm here in Fenton, moving to Bourbon now (for a few months for new house to finish) but I can make the drive for it.
 
I live in Vienna. And work in Jeff city. I'm also 45 mins from fort wood. And an hour and a half from stl.. I might need help with pulling my head. Valve seals are shot.
 
Hey guys I'm near O'fallon, I own a black 97 gsx that has cost me over $1500 to get it running and just replaced my broken LSD rear end to an open rear after replacing both axles and new hubs and bearings. LSD's are a pain to find. Runs good now LOL. I'm down for a mini meet.
 
No I don't but sounds like a sick car. Your doing your valve stem seals? Mine leak I'm pretty sure. Where did you get your seals from?

Who ever did it did a great job but the blue... no thanks.

There aren't any real specialized DSM shops in this state, some like to think they are DSM specialists but they're work is a lot like my morning shit, TBH.

it was either blue or black and black sucks to keep clean. the paint flops colors. and thanks it was my uncle who owns desoto autobody. he also installed the rear brace for the back seat and seat belts that was half cut out. I now own a 91 gsx with no front end anymore
