Hey guys so the next problem with my 99 Eclipse Spyder is the huge gap in the window and I'll post a video under here explaining it. I do plan on taking my fenders off and looking at my door hinges again to see if I can line it up any different but I'm not sure what the problem is. As I said my alignment got all thrown off because I had cheap Lambo hinges on this car and when I tried to switch them back they're all messed up. Any advice or suggestion on how to fix this would be appreciated I'm worried what's going to happen when it rains the top already leaks now I've got window gaps 😩
I've been storing this car for over 6 years so I'm trying to get it back on the road. I really do appreciate everyone's help and advice on here

Sounds like you need to just realign your door. I had this issue on my last Eclipse when I removed the doors. All I did was break the torque on the door hinge bolts, enough for me to shift the doors without the bolts being too loose. Then lifted up on the doors while tightening the bolts again. May take a couple tries, but this will usually work. I ended up getting my doors aligned so well, that they didn't even rub the door strikers in the door jambs when they were closed. They were practically perfect.

Yeah I figured that's what I need to do I'm just not looking forward to taking the air dams and fenders and all that apart again I've done it a lot but thank you for your help

Yep, that is the biggest headache of this process, but well worth it in the end ;)
So we did take the doors off and switch around some of the hinges and mount them a little better but that wasn't the problem the windows are actually kind of off and the convertible top seals are pushing the windows the wrong way to. 😩 It's such a pain but I love my car I will get it figured out 😉
