My Eclipse has a huge gap between the window and door on my driver side. I lowered my window all the way down and near the hood part it’s tight but then it gets progressively bigger the more you get to the rear. I don’t see any bolts where you can make it tighter. It’s bothering me a lot because the window shakes like crazy when I close it. Any help?

Sounds like the brackets on the inside with the felt pieces are mising. The glass rides along these parts.
Those are still there. I’m going to have to send a picture what it looks like because it’s the whole door that where the window is that is spread open and not tight.

Or the window plastic hooks are broken, I had a similar issue and just updated this thread: https://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/w...p-in-between-door-trim.369690/#post-153942341
I just checked, and it looks like the hooks did break. What exactly are the hooks used for? I’m going to try to find replacements and get them ordered to see if that fixes the issue. When I close it completely, water still gets through, which is really frustrating. I’m just a bit confused about how those small white plastic hooks could cause such a noticeable gap.

They are used to secure and adjust the window at the top position. They hook on to felt brackets and help seal the window to outside trim molding.
I just 3d printed some and it definitely worked. But I think my door isn’t positioned right on my drivers door so I need to move it up more. The passenger side I have to manually push the window under the drip seal but it’s fine. Thank you
