Ok well my problem is that once I put the boost over 20psi it will sputter throughout the rpm range. When Its not warmed all the way up it does not do it only when the car warms up.Also it does not do it in first gear and it the worst in any gear above third.I put brand new plugs in it and gapped them to 0.26 and it did not change anything. The wires are new about a month ago,and the fuel filter about 2 months ago. When I run anything under 20psi the car runs just fine, and im not knocking because I have water/meth injection and my stock boost guage is a knock sum guage.Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah I have boost leak tested it and the only leak is in the crankcase.Yeah I got busy that day I was gonna call. What is your schedule like this week and ill give you a call.I have 10% leakdown in the number 1 cylinder and that is where the boost is getting in.

I would definitely go ahead and check your coil pack. Measure coils 1-2 and 3-4 and it should read ~30k ohms. If it does not, replace it. Sputtering usually has to do with ignition so if you've swapped your plugs/wires then the coil pack is the next logical thing to check. Also, what type of fuel are you running? Is your fuel pump rewired? do you have an afpr?

Im running 91 octane with water/meth injection.Yes my fuel pump is rewired and no i dont have an afpr because I only have a 190lph.I will go ahead and test the coil.My only question is if the coil was bad wouldnt it sputter at any boost.

Yeah 0.28 is what its supposed to be but for higher boost this seems to work better for me.They are ngk bpr7es.I would not think its my wires as they are barely a month old.

When you replaced the plugs did you use colder pugs or the stock ones. Because I would put in a set of colder plugs I had the same problem you are talking about I changed my plugs to colder ones and fixed the problem. If you have an afc you are probably running to rich, that could be another problem.

OK has anyone gapped there plugs lower than .25 before. When I have them gapped at .26 or above it sputters badly.I hit them down a little to .25 and it got better.Just wondering has anyone gone lower than that.

As far as I know, only members that are running very high boost are gapping their plugs that small. I'd recommend taking my advise in searching for other ignition/fuel related problems instead of trying to pinpoint your problem on the spark plugs. Goodluck.
