Sputter and weak on power

So I just installed my new Whinebro 255HP and I cannot for the life of me figure out why the car runs like entire trash now. It has practically no throttle response and acts like it constantly wants to die. If you try to get it to move under its own power it also wants to die as well, obviously really really weak on power. Could a clogged fuel filter cause this? I assume it could possibly be blowing a ton of junk out now that the fuel pump is flowing a gang more now. The only other thing to take into account is obviously the fuel pump but it sounds like it is working very well, maybe it is leaking? Any ideas guys?

yes change your fuel filter it can cause this however i doubt its the problem in your case, your mosy likely running rich and flooding your engine, is your exhause smoke black?
if your not running an air fuel controller then thats your problem
