Spring Rates?

I'm looking at a set off D2 Racing Coilovers for my Eclipse and they're available with custom spring rates...any suggestions?? Its driven daily and i'll be trying it out in some AutoX....

I posted the same question for a similar setup a few posts down, and I'm anxiously awaiting some responses to help me in the right direction too. Hopefully some of our suspension gurus can get in here and offer up some advice, cuz I'm kinda guessing right now
