Sounds like car is missing, No power anymore

Ok driving home last night exiting town i floor it in 3rd, gets to about 5k and starts stuttering, or popping, almost like its trying to hit fuel cut but cant, i think its boost leak. But anyways i slow down after i hit about 85 and then the car starts to act funny, at any rpm level now the car is stuttering, it sounds like its a constant misfire but im not sure, i have not had time to look into it. I dont know if i killed the turbo or what either, im running 15 psi on the stock fuel system w/ 3" turbo back ex. 3" dejon tool intake, 3"GM maf , and maf translator v2, and a datalogger. the car sounds like bopbopbopbopbop and so on, in any gear, at any rpm and the turbo still builds up boost, just now its got absolutely no balls and will climb rps but it takes it forever now. Please give me some ideas as to what is cousing this, whether its a misfire or something else, help me out. The car is the same this morning as letting it sit all night didn't help. Thanks

I had a problem similar to this on my 2g and I figured it was my turbo too. Ended up being plug wires. Check them out and see if they have any visible signs of arcing and on the porcelain part of the plugs themselves also.

had exact same problem, changed plugs wires everythin and found it was just a boost leak.

Try revving to redline very slowly under no boost, if it doesnt happen 95% chance its a boost leak, if it still hapens its probably your plugs or wires.

whats odd is it still builds boost. ill try the reving thing in nuetrul w/ no boost. However i used to have some NGK plug wires on it, but i also had an older set of magnacore wires laying around, and just 2 days ago i put new plugs along w/ the older magnacores in the car. later im going to pull the plugs and check for sparking on all cylinders. Its funny cus the car starts, and will idle fine, and it wont die or anything like that, so im hoping its not anything internally wrong like pistons or valves or something and also it didnt jump timing or shit like that. It just happened At WOT started poping and now its running like absolutel shit.

yeah turns out somehow my intake cam gear was rubbing on the #3 cylinder plug wire. ate right through it. So #3 cylinder was grounding out, getting no spark, so only running on 3 cylinders. bought some new MSD plug wires and shes good to go. I made sure not to keep everything tideed up this time.
