been searching online for a aluminum intake piping kit to replace the plastic one that my 96 gst has. the pipe the bov is connected to???

i found one on cx racing but it says its for the t25 only??
not sure why that would because the intake side doesnt connect to the turbo.. but to my FMIC>

my Fmic piping is bigger than the stock plastic pipe..

You looking for intercooler piping? Or intake for the turbo side.

The intake pipe connects directly to the turbo.

Sounds like you are looking for the upper intercooler pipe. Search for "hard upper ic pipe". If you've been searching "intake" that's why it's saying for t25.

Yes my upper intercooler piping from the throttle body to the left side of the fuse box that connects to the fmic..[DOUBLEPOST=1416104672][/DOUBLEPOST]Yes I have the full fmic piping but I don't have a pipe to connect to my j pipe yet or the pipe to replace the plastic upper intake wich is what I want to buy

Sorry I ment I have the fmic and the piping that go with it..
only came with piping to get close to the turbo and enough to get close to the upper area.. u know the whole behind the left headlight.

it's the upper hard piping

Basically the pipe from the throttle body that extends down and to the side of the car. The pipe your blow off valve sits on..


The stock one is plastic on a gst.. I just want a aluminium upper intake pipe .

Yea just looking for something cheap. It's just aluminium piping

so you are having a FMIC, but trying to find a pipe go with the BOV to TB.
I guess this will need some custom fix to fit.

You could always buy the piping and build/make it yourself for super cheap like torpedo said. Pictures would really help

I have the j pipe already.. I bought a big16g ported .. from cxracing.
Knock off but will get the job done I already have it installed as well as the Godspeed fmic.. just need a upper intake pipe to get her started.

My intercooler piping is bigger than the stock upper intercooler piping so yea won't hook up

The whole kit link you posted would probably work for him. But the second link is just like the kit he already found. I know it says on the link you posted its for a 16g or 20g but according to the pics it has it has the s pipe for the stock t25. If I'm not mistaken he has a td05 so he needs the kit with the j pipe and L pipe.

If you just need an upper pipe that goes from the TB to where the outlet of the the stock smic would be that kit would work. The part that won't work with the tdo5h is the s-pipe in that kit that goes from the outlet of the t25 to the stock smic.

I stand corrected. If you already have the the turbo piped to the intercooler then get the cheaper kit that you found on max redline and just not use the s pipe. The upper pipes are the same it's the lower pipes that are different.[DOUBLEPOST=1416111708][/DOUBLEPOST]Ha he beat me to it
