Someone please help with putting my car together?

I bought my eclipse at about the end of April or so with a head gasket leak. I knew it had one, but that isn't the problem. I've been working on the car since and being this is the first I've ever done this to I could use some help. I've figured out most of the things out on my own but not every thing. The biggest problem I'm having now is putting it back together. What I was wondering was if anybody with a 95-99 eclipse/talon , I think 99 is the last year for this model?, If you could send me some pics of your engine bay so I can see where things like the evaporative emissions tube or the wiring harness get bolted to. That would be a tremendous help. Plus I don't know if this is because I just got it timed up, or at least I think it timed right, but it runs without having to push the gas down but it idles kind of rough. Not really bad but noticable. I don't know? I'm going to try to figure out if it'll run right tomorrow or not since I'm going to try to get most of it put back together and run it up and down the road for the first time in months.

My best suggestion would be to purchase yourself a Chilton Guide for the year, make, and model of your car. It's fairly cheap and one of the best way to go.

I already have one of those. That was te first thing I bought. But it dosn't tell me where to bolt things to. I just need a reference as to where the wire looms get attached to and other things of the sort so they don't get burnt on the exhaust manifold, for instance.

http://members.shaw.ca/dsm.1000q/Engineprimer/ might help you with a couple things i am not too sure if it will answer everything you need. It is a 1g (90-94) but the engine bay is very similar to the 2g's (your car).
