Replace the Horse with my car and thats just about me today........

After making Cake Work out of Doing the HARD 1g Fuel Pump Upgrade, That I even Posted a Topic on how to break loose the Fitting with ease....Rewiring every Harness from the Corner of the manifold to all the way to the end at the 02 Sensor, I went to do what should have been the easy job, Installing The Injectors........

Ya well so it is my luck......This week by the way sucks for my luck, A blown out tire so far, and NOW THIS......

Yup Thats the 3rd bolt in the fuel rail, The last one I pulled too! It was all too easy I guess WTF Now Im sure it will give me hell, If it comes out.....

I CANT pull the head, Just Another bolt in the list of MANY stripped, Helicoiled, And Problematic stuff on this motor seams to be MOSTLY contained to the head, I Will Jjust NOT put it in if I can get away with it.....
But I am gonna attempt to get it out...

I like the easy out stuff, you drill a hole you insert the easy out rod, and use the puller that slips over the rod and backs the bolt out, I got my set from snap-on ($80) for every size i would need but you can also purchase them from a local hardware store.

Autozone has a small set for 10$ easy outs. You can even buy the correct size if can call it by eye =D

Well the Bolt Came Out with Ease, I got a Set From "Do It Best" and It was Cake, I Should have bought these BEFORE I bought Wrenches....


DOH but Now I just Figured out I have the Wrong Injector Seals for my 550cc DIY......Damit WTF

You may want that machined out depending on how tight its stuck in there. I snapped a turbo bolt off inside the turbine inlet flange and had a machine shop center punch...(CENTER PUNCH ALSO) and a carbide $80 drill bit. If you're going to do this yourself, you need a left handed drill bit. Those run about $10 a piece and are difficult to find.
