I was wondering if anyone here has installed a satellite radio in their DSM. I bought a Sirius Starmate and I'll be putting it in my car soon. I don't want to have wires all over my dash from the antenna, power cord, and audio cables, so I found how to hide all the wires except for the power cord, because I don't know where I can wire it to. It's meant to plug into the cigarette lighter, but I thought if I cut the lighter plug off the end I could wire it directly to a power source in the car, one that would turn the radio on and off as I turned the car on and off, instead of the radio being on all the time.
