hello all I have 3g Itm lifters in my rebuilt head and it only sounds like there is just one lifter ticking on my intake side and I have tryed different kinds of oil oil additives and it still wont cure does anybody have any idea what i could do to cure this issue

When you installed them did you bleed them? They don't come pre-bled and you should bleed them before you install them.

This is exactly what I was thinking. But to be helpful I'd suggest reading the entire vfaq write up on it.

Yes I did blees them before I installed them sometimes I wont here but most its just that single tick its driving me crazy

Well itryed some of that lucas oil stabilizer and measured it all out right like it side now my car is having rough idle issues and bogging down really bad so should I drained my oil and put 10 30 synthetic oil with no additives and its still having rough idle and bogging issues so I don't know what to do ugh what did I do to my car

I had a single lifter ticking and just before I did an oil change I poured in a can of Seafoam. Let it idle for about 15 min and changed the oil. Hasn't ticked since. Worth a try.
