should i torq the bottom end of the motor

i am wondering if i should re torq the bottom of the motor now why i have the oil pan off the motor doing a blance shafts. is this a bad idea with a motor with 190,000 miles on it.
 
There shouldn't be a reason why any of the rod and main bolts would be loosened out of spec. So no you shouldn't re-torque them, unless you decide to install new bearings and whatnot.
