Should i purchase a dumped o2 housing??

Is it smart if i purchase a dump o2 housing before i do any other exaust mods?. and if not i know its best to work from your outsides in, would this be the best thing to do?

For a stock car that is pointless. If you have a huge 50 trim turbo or bigger with crazy mods, than it will make sense. I would go intake than 3 inch exhaust, than upgrade turbo, fuel, clutch, etc.
