Should I have to add this much fuel?

I am running a ported s16g turbo a mkiv i/c with a 2g maf (without honeycombs) 560's a walbro 255 (rewired) and my fp set at 38psi and my low settings on my safc are:

1k +8
2k +12
3k +14
4k +14
4.5k +16
5k +16
6k +16
7k +16

My fuel trims are L=100 M=102 H=109
Does anyone else with similar mods have to add so much fuel?? I am only running around 13psi for the winter. I just changed my o2 sensor last week and I don't have any boost leaks. My gas mileage is about 14mpg. I also run 93 octane. Also my hi settings go from -4 up to about +5 even at this low boost setting. . I am able to tune for 20psi and zero knock in the summer but i end up with my high settings somewhere between +13 to +19
I am not a newbie so please post useful info
thanks

I had to add fuel as well with my Evo III, 550's, and a 2g mas. I have a stock smic but I dont think your settings are too far off from mine. My was tuned for 18 psi on 93 octane but it was creeping to 23psi.

Since you pulled your honeycombs the car isnt seeing that air and therefore not giving the fuel for it. Your positive setting is making up for the air that is not registerd in the system. Trust your fuel trims haha
