Should I buy this Exhaust?

I would get it, I just don't know how good it would tuck up under there. Of course, it fit pretty well on that Talon in the pics. I just don't like the muffler too much. I would probably paint the muffler a little darker or something so it wouldn't be so "bling-bling"
 
A friend of mine has their 3" downpipe and likes it so I got one to go with my N1 exhaust. Tracking number says it should be here today. I can post up pictures if you want to see a closer look....
 
Yes we want to see! Let us know about the cat/midpipe section too. I want to know if it has the bung for the rear o2 and if it's OBII compliant (no CELs)

Not having a bung would be a little more troublesome, but I planned to have another bung installed for wideband anyway :thumb:

On second thought, although having the second o2 sensor makes it compliant to emissions, there really isn't much point to it...

The purpose of the rear o2 sensor is that it is installed after the cat to ensure that the exhaust is "cleaned" of harmful emissions by comparing the readings to the precat o2 sensor.

This exhaust runs catless, so there won't be much change in composition in the exhaust from the first o2 to the second o2 sensor.

Not really any point to my post, just thinking to myself :p

2. I want good sound because the dejon tool, even with 2 "mufflers" is just awful.

louder sound isn't better sound.
 
It said race cat included, so I guess that means test pipe then.... I don't want to run catless, thats the thing. It is horrible to the environment, and I don't like riding around with CEL's. I guess I'm just still a noob to some extent, I have been out of the game for a while.

You aren't the only one, when I upgrade my exhaust I want to still run catted also. If the exhaust I happened to buy was a cat-delete, then I was just planning to have it taken somewhere and have a high flow cat fitted in there anyway.

Besides, I haven't seen any company make a stockish looking dual tip exhaust system at a reasonable price yet. I don't really like the huge coffee can either..
 
I sent an email inquiry about this SSAC exhaust for a groupbuy and this is the response I got:

"Ok at the moment we only had 3 to sell and this last one thats listing is going
to have to go to the winning bidder. Let me send this to the owner and see if he
knows when more will be coming in so we could set this up. Ill get back to you
within 48 hours thanks"

So I'll post again when I get an update :thumb:
 
These bends are terrible. Makes me realize that my buschur is probably the straightest exhaust out there.

Somone buy it and post pics/fitment.

"no he is on vacation right now and never answered before he left he will be back
tuesday and I will ask him"

No, I still haven't recieved an email back about the group buy. I ended up being out bid on the exhaust. I was watching these two guys bid back and forth in the last 30 seconds of the auction. I will wait a little bit more and if I still don't hear anything I will send them another email.

Kool. Well keep us updated. A full turbo back SS 3" exhaust for sub $300 would be absolutely sweet. At this rate, all my plumbing in my car is going to SS/XS Power... (FMIC,Exhaust,o2)
