30 second bleed off is where im usually at..So yeah you have a leak..unless your line to your bov is leaking.

Dont forget any vaccum lines or anything. Alot of people miss some and end up getting pissed and replacing things they dont need to.

Yes, that's dropping too fast, especially since you did the blt at the TB. A leak that big should be easy to hear. Did you listen for boost leaking from the exhaust pipe?

2 common places are throttle body seals and fuel injector seals. i also had one on my egr lines the i couldn't see but i could hear. took me awhile to figure it out. I don't know what kinda bl tester you have but if it's the one with a tire valve i hated it i made mine with the coupler that you use for air tools it makes it hands free and you can move around the bay without having to go back and put more air back in. just keep the air compressor a good distance away so you can hear any noise

Im not running a boost controller. I did notice the seals where the injector goes into the head were leaking with the "liquid boost". Got ahold of 4 brand new ones. Ended up dropping one behind the manidfold. :ohdamn::ohdamn::ohdamn: So one still leaks the others are good. It'll me monday before Napa can get another. Its better thought :thumb: Im getting there

Here's a 2ndary solution for ya.

Get some of the green injector o-rings that go between the top of the injector and the fuel rail. Slide them over the tips. This will seal the injector to the head no matter how plasticized the seals are in the head.
