shop f'd up vacuum lines

After getting the oil changed in noticed weird idle at a stop light, got home and checked my vacuum lines, one is going to the egr (think thats what that is) to the right, and the other two are recirculating, i tried to find a diagram and look at it but i don't understand it.

I know the three options fpr,egr, and cruise control, i have a 96 rs and i under stand some 95+ didn't come with an fpr, does anyone know how to identify if my 96 rs has one or not? here are few pics of the lines and the intake mani
