Shocks

The past few weeks, my car's back passenger wheel, have been taking bumps really badly, so i recently replaced the bearings, but nope its still really bad, I was told its the shocks.

But also now when i was going about 80km downhill, and i press the brakes lightly, the back right wheel shakes alot. feels like it wants to come off.
Is it the shocks, or a warped rotor?

Also, i was told if im replacing shocks, i must replace all 4, because if its 1 new, and 3 old, the ride wouldn't feel smooth

yeah bro sorry to tell ya that sounds like your rotors warped pretty badly, you can tell though,
take your back tire off and look at it, its pretty simple to tell
