Let me start by saying that i have a 6 bolt 4g63t in my 95 Hyundai elantra gls... i was driving normally one day and when i got to my friends house i waited for the oil to cool then turned off.i turn it on five minutes later to move the car to another parking spot then turn it off again....couple hours later im ready to go and the car starts knocking from the head sort of like when you put the head on without oil on those hydraulic lifters or whatever it is they say is hydraulic on the head... i know what rod knock sounds like so i know im ok there.i did compression test and piston1-120/piston2-140/piston3-160/piston4-130...WTF
my boy said its possibly piston slap
Then i drive it slowly around the block to know for sure that it wont leave me stranded on my way home. then i park, turn off, right before i leave..the shit wont start..i do another compression test and piston1-0/piston2-100/piston3-120/piston4-0....what do i do
